what if i want to substitute mix-ins?
all you have to do is go to “shop create your own” and you can choose any base dough and add up to two of any mix-ins you’d like! you can even add a filling!
how do my cookies stay fresh for shipping?
each cookie is individually packaged and sealed for freshness.
how do i keep my cookies fresh?
if you’re going to eat them within 7 days of getting them, you can keep them in the fridge and let them warm to room temperature before you eat them. you can freeze them to keep them fresh for longer. Let thaw and warm to room temperature before eating.
what if i’m allergic to some of the ingredients?
each cookie contains eggs, flour, and butter. cookies with nuts (pecans, peanuts, walnuts) are prepared separately.
how long does it take to receive my cookies?
each order is made fresh to order from scratch, so it can take up to a week for your cookies to be made and shipped. once shipped, you should receive your cookies in 2-3 business days via USPS. the tracking info will be in the email that tells you your order is on its way.
what if i want to pick up my cookies instead of having them shipped?
picking up your cookies is an option for Texas residents ONLY.
